Received a call from Monique about 5:30 this afternoon -- she found a German Shepherd running loose around Midlothian and Meadowbrook -- they could see from the tag that her name was "Lucy," but she wasn't going to let anyone get close enough to see if there was a phone number along with it. Hope she found her way home!
UPDATE, 7AM Mon: Monique writes that the owner was found "in an amazing twist of fate." We'll take 'em any way we can!
